Specialist and tailored advice you can depend on
Eligibility
Usually for people at the beginning of their immigration journey who need to find out their eligibility and pathway. This is the first appointment people usually have with us.
Comprehensive
A full visa service where we manage the application, act as your agent and guide you through the process. This usually happens at the beginning of the journey, but we can take over applications part way through.
Consultancy
Usually for when people run into issues, specialist or complex situations during their immigration application. With this we can assess the situation and provide advice. This allows you to pay for just the piece of help you may need.
As migrants ourselves we have been through the immigration process and know how stressful and sometimes confusing it can be. We are dedicated to assisting migrants through the process so they can reach their goals. We know that applications are as individual as the people applying, they are not just a number and deserve to be treated with care and should be tailored-made to fit the applicants and their circumstances.
Specialist Areas
We are dedicated to giving advice that helps guide people to their end goal in the easiest way possible, whilst being upfront and honest about the risks involved. All immigration involves risk in some form or another but when you know what this is, then it can be mitigated and lessened.
We have successfully managed cases from the ‘simple’ all the way through to IPT appeals and requests to the Minister, which are extremely complex in nature. We take pride in all of our applications and the assistance we give to our clients.
Partnership
Dependent Children
We know how important family is, so whether are coming to New Zealand with your family or have an overseas partner, we can help. This is one of the most common visa types we assist with.
Employment
Employer Assistance
Migrants bring important skills to New Zealand and also fill vital employment gaps in the job market. We can help you navigate through labour market checks, the gateway system and the pathway to Residence.
Visa Issues
Unlawful Status
We understand that not all applications are the same, not all people are the same. Sometimes there are complexities and sometimes mistakes happen. We can help navigate through these difficult situations.
Ministerial
Deportation Appeals
Sometimes incredibly complex situations occur that need specialist advocacy. We have experience with Ministerial requests, Deportation cancellations and requests to the Immigration Protection Tribunal (IPT).

I am a migrant to New Zealand myself, I migrated under the Skilled Migrant Stream as a Dairy Farmer. I completely understand that although settling in another country can be exciting the process with the paperwork can be quite daunting. I am passionate about providing you with honest advice that allows you to make your own choices. I really look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey.
Licensed
We are Licensed Immigration Advisers Authority who regulate immigration advice for New Zealand. Every year we have to prove our fitness to be licensed and to show our professional development – this means that you can be assured we are up to date with our knowledge. In addition to this we have a strict Code of Conduct to adhere too, protecting not only migrants but also advisers.
If you are receiving immigration advise it MUST be from a Licensed Immigration Adviser or someone who is exempt under law. It is illegal to give immigration advice otherwise.
Qualified
Our advisers hold the only government approved qualification relating to New Zealand immigration advice. The Graduate Certificate was first awarded in 2012 and a few years ago was developed into a Graduate Diploma. These qualifications give you the peace of mind to know that our advisers are qualified in their advice.
